The Organ

The role of the organ is critical to the liturgy of St. Mark's, since it supports the music composed over the centuries for Anglican services.

The organ in St. Mark's was built by the Austin Organ Company in 1981.   It has a three-manual, stop-key console and its 3400 pipes make it one of the larger organs in Arkansas.

The console normally sits directly in the center of the Choir area, but can be moved out to the Nave for recitals.
